Other Ingredients: Gelatin, sorbitol, glycerin, vanilla flavor (natural).

Take 2 softgels daily with the first meal and a full glass of water for 30 days; then 1 softgel daily thereafter, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Take consistently each day for best results.
