Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearine, methylcellulose, silica and magnesium stearate.
Douglas Laboratories suggests taking 1 Melatonin Controlled Release tablet one hour before bedtime as needed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
