While niacinamide (unlike niacin) has no effect on serum lipid levels, regular use of high doses taken throughout the day provides nutritional support for brain health, memory, and mental function.* Niacinamide does not produce the "flush" seen with niacin and high doses are generally well tolerated.

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), rice flour.
